P1 Clinic’s in-house IRB combines the highest ethical and scientific standards with swift deliberation and response.

Headed by chairperson Kyoichi Totsuka, M.D., with decades of experience in medical practice and research, it is composed of eight regular members, both medical professionals and laypeople.

Our IRB accepts review documents seven business days in advance and convenes flexibly each month to match your study and application schedule.

We at P1 Clinic believe above all in the rights of subjects. Our CRU is fully compliant with ICH-GCP—no action was required after six site inspections from PMDA government regulators.

The oversight of our IRB is a crucial part of ensuring our top priority: the safety and integrity of our contributions to pharmaceutical development.
